3DID - 3D interacting domains

The current version of 3did is based on Pfam release 24 and HMMER version 3(beta).

News (March 2011)

• The new 3did update paper has been published:
  3did: identification and classification of domain-based interactions of known three-dimensional structure (Nucleic Acids Res. 2011, 39, D718-723)


• Many new peptide-mediated interactions have been added to 3did, based on Stein & Aloy, PLoS Comput Biol 2010.
• Introducing global interaction interfaces for the domains in 3did, which cluster binding partners using the same or largely overlapping interfaces.
