Search Domains
Search by Name
Search for domain interactions by domain name. If you only know a part
of the name, use the wildcard character "%". For example, to find
all domains ending in "kinase", type
"%kinase". Wildcard queries may return more than one
result. Deselect the "interaction network" option below if you
want to speed up the proceess.
Search by Pfam access code
If you know the Pfam access number for you domain, use this form.

Search Motifs
Search for linear motifs that interact with domains by name. If you only
know a part of the name, use the wildcard character "%". For
example, to find all motifs containing the keyword "SH3" type
"%SH3%". Wildcard queries may return more than one
result. Deselect the "interaction network" option below if you
want to speed up the proceess.

Paste your sequence
...and we'll find the PfamA domains it contains and
display them. Click to get to the corresponding domain pages,
which will show any interaction information 3did has stored for these
domains. Note that we
do not search for motifs because many of them are degenerated and often
produce false hits in sequence-based searches. If you want to search your
sequence for motifs, try ELM's motif search function which offers some
filtering options.
