Search domain by name or Pfam access code

Introduce either the name (or part of the name) of the domain or its Pfam access number. You can use the % as a wild card (e.g. for all the domains that starts with SH2, type SH2%).
Search motifs and interactions

Search motif by name or keyword

Introduce the name (or part of the name) of the motif. All the motif names begin with the name of the domain they interact with. You can use the % as a wild card (e.g. for all the motifs that starts with SH2, type SH2%).
Search PDB

Search by PDB ID

Introduce the PDB ID of the structure you are searching for. A detailed page will display all the domains and motifs found on the different chains of the structure and their interactions.
Search GO term

Search by GO term

Introduce the name (or part of the name) of the GO term you are searching for. Alternatively you can also introduce its GO accession number. You can use the % as a wild card (e.g. for all the GO terms that contain the word activation, type %activation%).
