The database of three-dimensional interacting domains (3did) is a collection of high-resolution three-dimensional structural templates for domain-domain interactions. It contains templates for interactions between two globular domains as well as novel domain-peptide interactions, derived using a recently published method from our lab.

Search domain by name or pfam access code: Search for domain by name
Introduce either the name (or part of the name) of the domain or its Pfam access number. You can use the % as a wild card (e.g. for all the domains that starts with SH2, type SH2%).

Search motif by name or keyword: Search for motif by name
Introduce the name (or part of the name) of the motif. You can use the % as a wild card (e.g. for all the motif that starts with SH2, type SH2%).".
